Whether you're new to climbing, have been doing it for years, or want to improve your technique to achieve your goals, our gym offers training for all levels.

 

Bouldering is super accessible and easy to get into. You don’t need to have any previous experience, but it’s also a physically pretty difficult sport that engages all of your body's muscles. Typically, if you can do other sports, you can boulder.

These lessons are for participants over the age of 18.

There is no rental shoe fee for the lessons.

Reservations are required.

BEGINNER GROUP

2 Lessons - 3 hours

Start your climbing journey here!

If you are new to bouldering, this 2-week course will teach you the fundamentals of  climbing and bouldering and help reinforce them through hands-on with practice. At the end of this training you will have all the knowledge to climb and use the gym on your own.

  • 2 sessions, 4 hours total - a balanced program combining theory and practice.

  • Basic principles of climbing, safety rules and information about equipment.

  • Holds, foot placements and body balance.

  • Correct warm-up and cool-down practices to enhance performance and prevent injuries.

  • Climbing gym etiquette for respecting other climbers and maintaining a safe environment.

This program is designed to equip you with the awareness, safety and proper techniques needed to climb confidently in our gym.

The opportunity to practice in the gym after the lesson is a great way to solidify what you've learned!

INTERMEDIATE GROUP

2 Lessons - 3 hours

Stuck on technical climbs? You’ve mastered the basics— now it’s time to break through your plateau. Want to climb smoother, smarter, and with total control? Unlock the secrets of fluid movement by blending strength, precision, and mental focus.  


In this group session, you’ll:

  • Crush harder routes with smarter prep and strategy  

  • Optimize body positioning and breathing for maximum efficiency  

  • Decode routes like a pro— read, plan, and execute  

  • Master project climbing with targeted techniques  

Two 90-minutes long sessions packed with drills, laughs, and a crew of motivated climbers. Train hard, climb better and meet your next boulder buddy!

  • Participants must have completed the Beginner Lesson.

  • Choose your preferred date from the Event Calendar.
